SUBANG JAYA: Asia Club, AsiaCafé
will open its door again for the next foosball tournament on 27th April 2007.
According to the FCM schedule for the 2007 season, the
upcoming tournament will be the Players Challenge Foosball Tournament which is
scheduled to be held from April 27 to 29.
The organiser takes a break from February to March for the
festive and exam season after KOO7 and shall resume their events in April.
Oliver Yong, the organiser for the upcoming Players
Challenge told FCM, "We have more talented foosers this time to give us
feedback and help us prepare for the next tournament. We appreciate all the supports
shown to us and we shall continue to serve the foosball community with more challenging
tournaments. I believe more foosers will show their support to our upcoming
event.”
When asked if he was worried by the tight schedule during
the tournament (they organise 7 to 8 events in 3 days), Oliver said the team’s
vast experience would help overcome this challenge. “I think we have
plenty of experience and this will help us overcome the tight schedule. We
always had to deal with this (tight scheduling). However, if we plan it well, we
can cope with it.”
