- Open to any nationality
- Open to player’s who has never participated in any tournament
Novice
- 1300 VIFA points & below
- Open to any Nationality
- Top 3 placing from the following categories of the Breakers Open 2007
are upgraded to the Open category

- Players are required to wear proper attire throughout the whole tournament
- Dress jeans or slacks are required for all players
- Tasteless or profane clothing will not be allowed
- Proper shoes are required for all players
