RULES & REGULATIONS
1) Participants are to be at the tournament venue 30 minutes before the event starts. A walk-over penalty will be awarded to the opposing player/team if you fail to show up 15 minutes after the event starts.

2) All registration form to be filled and submitted and all fee have to be fully paid up.

3) All participants must be decently dressed. No distasteful clothings or slippers allowed.

4) All participants must watch their manner of conduct. We love a good sportsman. Be professional.

5) Smoking in the Tounament Zone is STRICTLY PROHIBITED!

6) ROOKIE is denote as player with 1199 FCM point and below. Kindly refer to FCM Point Ranking chart.

	Need Help Em, I've been to Asia Cafe all these days during the afternoon to hand in my applicaon form for the tourney, but there isnt a single official there around to collect it and im too busy at night to come, what do I do? Registered
